Bailey Hemp Satchel in Army Green Review

Green Store

I was sent the Bailey Hemp Satchel in Army Green to review. A little about the Bailey Hemp Satchel (taken from The Ultimate Green Store Website):

All Hemptress bags are made of hemp dyed with low-impact dyes, lined with either a silk/hemp blend or a vegan hemp/RPET lining, and their zippers are made from recycled material.

The Bailey Satchel has a corduroy body made from hemp and organic cotton, while the fake fur detail is made from a blend of hemp, organic cotton and recycled PET fabric.  The recycled leather trim and piping details are made from “reborn” repurposed leather. The Bailey Satchel has a flap top closure, pockets on both sides, and a slip pocket back.  The interior is made with a hemp and silk lining blend, with a zippered pocket and patch pocket with a cell phone section.  Reborn leather handle has a 9” drop. The zippers for this bag are made from recycled nylon.

I wasn’t expecting the bag to be as big (15” wide x 10“ tall x 7.5” deep. 9” handle drop) as it is and didn’t think I was going to like it. I started using it and low and behold, I love it. There is plenty of room for all my things and every thing I need to take a long with me for my 2 1/2 year old daughter. Which if you have children, you know is a lot of stuff. You never know when they’ll need an extra set of clothes or two if you have a child like my daughter. I love that this bag is made of hemp and organic cotton and more. You can purchase the Bailey Hemp Sacthel for only $249 here.

The bag has pockets on each side of it, which are great. So easy to grab things, like your keys and inside there is a specific place for your cell phone. One of the reasons I usually don’t like bigger bags is because I have to dig through them to find my cell phone.

Have you been to The Ultimate Green Store?? If not, you really need to go check it out. Every thing is all eco-friendly or organically sourced and they have almost everything.  Like some really cool recycled seat belt bags, jewelry, belts, shirts, night gowns, school & art supplies, reusable water bottles and so much more. There are products for the home, babies, kids and even pets.  You can even register for weddings and baby showers.

Here is a Seat Belt Bag I love:

Recycled Seatbelt Medium Tote Handbag

And another bag I love: Hemptress Mercedes Crossbody Hemp Bag in Black
