
When I got pregnant with my daughter (who is 2 1/2 years old now) I weighed 150 pounds. Being only 5′ 1″ tall I was quit large. Now, I weigh 115 pounds and wear a size 3/4 in jeans. I feel so much better about myself and have so much energy. It was hard but I done it. I told myself that I was going to be able to play with my daughter for as long as she wanted me to play and being over weight would not allow me to do that. So, once I came home from the hospital (and recovered from the C-section) I started walking every evening. It took me a little over a year but I have reached my goal weight, I still need to tone up my abs though. I still have the dreaded muffin top which I hate. I know what it’s like to try to loose weight and be unsuccessful and I know what it’s like to be successful and I want that for each and every person who wants to loose weight and live a healthier life. Staying healthy is my goal for the year. So yes I do want to get healthy!
